Stroke Support Services
Stroke services offers participation in several different groups as well as participation in various activities and projects about stroke. They include the following:Stroke Survivor Groups
Anyone recovering from the effects of a stroke is welcome to share experiences, discuss challenges and coping strategies, and engage in projects such as conferences.Stroke Care Partner Group
Caregivers come together and learn more about stroke, share experiences, discuss coping strategies, and support one another to deal with challenges and life changes.Couples Group for Stroke Survivors and their Care Partners
This group provides opportunities to share concerns and problem-solve together to help deal with the changes that stroke has brought into lives.Living with Stroke
This 6-week series for stroke survivors and their care partners focuses on adjusting to life after stroke. Topics in the series include: communication, physical changes, emotions, reducing the risks of stroke, etc.
