Frailty is a medical condition of reduced function and health in older adults. Each session will review current evidence and offer practical strategies to reduce frailty.
Older adults and caregivers are invited to participate FREE of charge. Participants will learn more about
frailty, find out what can be done to lessen the risk of frailty, and be able to ask questions of the speaker.
