We offer a number of programs you can enjoy from the comfort of your home.
Designed to keep you connected and engaged. No fancy equipment required – all you need is your phone. Different programs are offered three days a week. Join 10 to 20 people on the line while engaging in brain stimulating activities or taking part in special presentations. A Seniors Association membership is not required.
Incorporates low-impact cardio, strength training, balance and flexibility. Continue your fitness journey with our Simply Move Moderate class. It is easily adaptable to various physical abilities to get your body moving and your heart pumping. Bring your own ball and resistance band or hand weights.

A gentle yet challenging work out of continuous movement, specifically designed to re-balance, lengthen, and strengthen every muscle. Essentrics blends ballet, Tai Chi, and some physiotherapy to improve your posture, balance, flexibility, and joint range of motion. No shoes required. Supply own yoga mat, small towel, and resistance band.
For both new and returning yogis, this moderately paced yoga class continues to focus on several core poses. Supply own mat.
